As Chartered Professional Accountants and Licensed Insolvency Trustees, we are governed by Rules of Professional Conduct which have always and will continue to guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information.

We collect and use personal information to provide services to debtors, creditors, the court and regulators, with respect to administering estates pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, other insolvency related statutes, and with respect to non-statutory and non-court liquidations, receiverships, and insolvency related engagements.
